Jantek Industries, LLC. the Medford New Jersey -based window manufacturer, announced that one of the largest weatherization agencies in the State of New Jersey, the Burlington County Community Action Program (BCCAP), has selected Jantek’s high R-value American Classic windows for the New Jersey Home Weatherization Assistance Program. The decision is expected to generate significant additional demand for the super-insulating windows produced at Jantek Industries Medford New Jersey manufacturing plant.
BCCAP officials indicated that Jantek Industries, LLC was selected because the company can supply a product that is unique to weatherization, and BCCAP believes this will greatly benefit not only the families they serve, but the local economy as well through job creation. BCCAP plans to install super-insulating windows in most or all housing units in Burlington County that qualify for weatherization.
“BCCAP is among those agencies leading the nation in adopting advanced energy-saving technologies in weatherization programs,” said Frank Giuseppini, Jantek Industies COO. “With BCCAP’s commitment, we expect to supply large volumes of our cost-effective, super-insulating American Classic windows and create more "Green Jobs" in our Medford New Jersey factory. BCCAP’s use of Jantek Industries American Classic windows demonstrates that super-insulating windows are a cost-effective measure as part of the Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), the manufacturer states. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 allocated nearly six billion dollars in weatherization funding to the states over the next two years. With the additional funding, BCCAP says it expects to triple the number of homes it can weatherize annually over the next two years.
Jantek officials noted that a key factor enabling the first installation of American Classic windows into BCCAP Weatherization projects was to provide certification of the product’s compliance to the rigorous energy savings requirements of the DOE’s Energy Star program and the International Energy Conservation Code as well as the Structural Requirements of the International Building Code and compliance with The American Architectural Manufacturer’s Association and Window and Door Manufacturer’s Association (AMA/WDMA 101/I.S.2/-NAFS-02).
Jantek officials also point out that Earlier this year, the National Energy Audit Tool (NEAT), developed by DOE's Oak Ridge National Laboratory to support weatherization efforts, was updated to account for super-insulating windows such as Jantek’s American Classic. According to the NEAT, super-insulating windows can create up to 12 times more energy savings per household than other common weatherization measures.

The Department of Energy issued its revised 2010 draft criteria for the Energy Star windows, doors and skylights program earlier this month. In its full report, DOE officials state that changes were made from previous proposals based on industry feedback, the new tax credit requirements set forth in the stimulus package and the final window performance requirements established by the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code. MEDFORD NJ: Jantek Industries recently completed the replacement of the windows and sliding doors at The Haynes Run Apartments in Medford New Jersey. The property is owned and managed by Realty Management Concepts Inc. Since RMC advertises "Free Heat" at the complex, the property management company was very anxious to drastically reduce the amount of energy and money that was literally "going out the window." A crowd of well over a thousand came out to Medford's beautiful Lake Pine Colony Club grounds to enjoy over 200 vintage vehicles. "There are so many beautiful automobiles here today its hard to say which is my favorite, but that '64 Chevelle Malibu over their brings back some great memories of riding in my dad's first new car" said Frank Giuseppini Jantek's C.O.O. " The show is a family event with the DJ, the kids amusements, food concessions and CARS!" relented Walt Litke, Jantek's Director of Multi-Family and Retail sales. Jantek even provided one of its brand new 2007 Volvo 465 HP twelve speed double axle sleeper cab tractors from its trucking fleet for the kids to see up close, climb around in and, of course, honk the air horn!

Title: JANTEK INDUSTRIES, MIMOSA REALTY SIGN DEAL FOR ENTRANCE DOORS
Medford NJ: Jantek Industries, LLC announced today that the company has signed a deal with Mimosa realty of New York City, to replace the entrance doors at two of Mimosa's properties in Bucks County PA. Jantek replaced all he windows and patio doors at the Pennsbury Woods and Plymouth Rock apartments two years ago. Mimosa Realty selected Jantek to do the entry door replacements at these properties, based on their previous experience with Jantek's outstanding products and project management experience at getting the job done painlessly and on time. Under the contract Jantek Industries will design, manufacture and install beautiful custom steel entry doors and sidelites for both properties. The project will be completed in mid-October.

Title: JANTEK INDUSTRIES DONATES FENCING TO ANIMAL SHELTER
The Camden County Animal Shelter was without an outside run and play area for dogs for many years. Last month, Shelter staff decide to mount a campaign to seek donations of the necessary building materials from local companies. "Out of 10 companies I contacted for help, Jantek was the only one that actually did help us" said Sherry Heiser a member of the CCAS staff who was in charge of the project. Jantek donated its premium vinyl fence including posts and hardware worth over $6000.00 to the project. "We thank all of the wonderful people at Jantek so much. It will mean the world to our dogs to be able to have an outside fenced in area to run and play." Heiser said. Diane Pray, Jantek's Customer Service Manager coordinated the project for Jantek. "We are all just huge animal lover's here at Jantek. When this problem was brought to our attention, We knew that we had the product to solve it and so we did." said Pray
